Why doesn’t my recently bought VPP App appear in my VPP list?

The VPP App in your list need to be synchronised with your VPP account, please make sure your VPP Token is valid. Our system synchronises every day, at midnight Central European (Summer) Time.

Of course you can synchronise your VPP account and Xinca Management System manually, to do so, go to XMS > Dashboard and click the “Synchronise Now” button in the upper right corner.

After this, your VPP app should appear.
