If there is an issue that one of the Admins can’t see Admin App, please check the following steps:
- Is the Admin assigned to the right group
- Are the Xinca Admin settings in the group set to ‘Allowed’
- Under XMS > Organisation > Settings > ZuluDesk Admin, is there a setting/restriction that conflicts with the Admins settings/presence?
- Reset the Admins credentials
If the Admin is still not able to see the Admin App after all this is checked, please gather information on the issue and submit a ticket.
